This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Maintenance, service, and assembly of environmental and process measurement technology

• Organization and documentation of maintenance and service interventions

• Addressing customer inquiries regarding technical issues (remote support)

• Independent problem analysis and solution development with the assistance of our subject matter experts

• On-call duty (including weekends) in a collegially arranged rotation among all service technicians

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a technician (Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science) or vocational training in a technical field with applicable professional experience

• Strong knowledge in the areas of electricity, automation, and/or mechatronics

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Team-oriented and enthusiastic about diverse tasks

• Ability to work at heights & strong commitment to quality

• Class B driver's license

• Proficient in German and practical knowledge of English
