This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Carry out the installation and setup of intricate electro/mechanical systems and software solutions at client locations.
• Assist in ramp activities by executing installations under both standard and urgent conditions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems that arise during installation and startup phases.
• Work in partnership with the Ramp Manager and field teams to adhere to installation timelines and goals.
• Ensure all installations comply with quality, safety, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct system validation, calibration, and testing to verify operational readiness.
• Record installation activities, issues, and solutions in line with company protocols.
• Provide insights to engineering and product teams to enhance installation processes and product performance.
• Maintain the tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for installation tasks.
• Facilitate customer interactions during installations, ensuring effective communication and a professional image of the company.
• Up to 50% travel may be necessary.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent military/technical background.
• Practical experience with electro/mechanical systems, software integration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity or exposure to optics, image processing, or motion control systems is desirable.
