📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Service-oriented consultation for our heating trade customers, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Providing support to your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your deployment area.

• Taking on on-call duties aimed at assisting our customers as quickly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for SHK, refrigeration technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, with ideally further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Holder of a refrigeration certificate Category 1, with Category 2 being advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of Class B.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
