This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Effectively define project scopes (including personnel, skills, and timelines) to meet client requirements.
• Leverage your extensive platform knowledge to implement best practices for each client engagement, providing Subject Matter Expertise on Mulesoft Anypoint products.
• Oversee and govern pre-sales solutioning and architecture for large multi-cloud implementations.
• Enhance client Services renewals (when applicable) by synchronizing customer success with the professional services roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with the Account and Services Sales team by spearheading pre-sales initiatives, such as creating client-specific proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and staffing plans, while engaging with other SMEs across the organization to achieve consensus on proposals as necessary.
• Must be a clearable United States citizen.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in delivering and/or overseeing relevant solutions.
• Over 10 years of experience in providing consulting services, including team leadership and active participation in selling professional services through technical solutioning expertise.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sizing and scoping relevant projects.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect Certification is required.
• Willingness to travel, up to 25%.
