This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers, service providers, and stores to offer support for installation jobs.
• Handle outbound tasks and initiate calls to customers, providers, stores, and vendors to provide updates or collect job-related information.
• Establish initial contact with customers and service providers to offer centralized contact details and job expectations, ensuring project scope verification and alignment.
• Confirm that projects are scheduled within the SLA by the service provider and provide confirmation to the customer.
• Collaborate with stores and customers to arrange product delivery, ensuring timely work commencement.
• Ensure all necessary compliance documents regarding permits and Lead Safe Practices are uploaded into the appropriate system.
• Manage and resolve Work Order issues post-project completion, including assessing related costs and potential service provider or vendor chargebacks.
• Accurately document all interactions related to the project using the appropriate technology tools (i.e., Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce).
• Utilize active listening skills with customers, service providers, stores, and vendors to provide an exceptional customer experience and foster team collaboration.
• Maintain consistent service by adhering to and executing defined processes while providing feedback to enhance current procedures.
• Strive for results by consistently meeting goals and completing tasks and activities punctually.
• Cultivate effective relationships by organizing and sharing information with coworkers and leaders and seeking performance feedback.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with evolving process improvements.
• Complete assigned training courses and participate in team meetings, town halls, and developmental meetings.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination OR experience in the remodeling or construction industry.
• 1 year of experience in a Project Management function.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
