Services License Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensures compliance of THD At Home Services with state and local regulatory licensing requirements, which includes obtaining and maintaining specific trade licenses.

• Develops and fosters relationships with state and local officials as well as trade organizations.

• Supervises compliance activities in the field (e.g., ensuring Service Providers adhere to licensing, permitting, and professional standards).

• Conducts quality and compliance audits at Service Provider job sites.

• Oversees compliance for all projects managed by THD Service Providers within their designated categories and geographical areas.

• Ensures that Service Providers fulfill all state and local regulatory contractor requirements (licensure, permitting, inspection) and adhere to trade standards.

• Carries out all necessary duties to secure and/or maintain specific trade licenses on behalf of THD, including taking state-regulated exams and completing continuing education requirements.

• Acts as the primary decision-maker for resolving customer complaints related to THD Services installations.

• Meets with state and local officials and/or trade groups to discuss or resolve compliance issues.

• Conducts ad hoc data analysis to pinpoint areas of risk and/or non-compliance; reports findings and recommends solutions along with suggested process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations are essential.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Must possess or be able to pass exams for specified trade Contractor licenses, such as General Contractor, Master Plumber, HVAC Contractor, Electrical Contractor, etc.
