This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of the Build, Promote, and Deploy Service Growth Strategy in North America.
• Standardize offerings, advocate for best practices, and customize strategies to meet customer requirements.
• Enforce standards and industry best practices.
• Evaluate project performance against business goals and modify strategies as necessary.
• Monitor and enhance strategic resource utilization.
• Establish a return of experience process and disseminate results throughout the organization.
• Facilitate coordination between Post-Award Phase and Pre-Award Phase teams.
• Lead projects and mentor other project leaders in implementing improvements.
• Analyze projects to identify process deficiencies and enhance execution while reducing costs.
• Formulate business development and growth strategies tailored to specific products.
• Create strategies for the installed base and initiatives to attract new business and clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Technical teams on competitive strategies, solutions, bids, and proposals.
• Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Explore and pursue business prospects.
• Evaluate potential deals by assessing market strategies, requirements, and financial considerations.
• Set objectives and devise plans for business and revenue expansion.
• Follow leads throughout the sales process.
• Work alongside Finance and Execution teams for reporting purposes.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in business development, commercial roles, or a related area.
• Background in Execution/Proposal/Tendering.
• A strong customer service orientation.
• Proven history of negotiating and finalizing deals.
• A high level of integrity and exemplary behavior consistent with company values.
• Experience in building, managing, mentoring, and promoting effective teams.
• Capability to work efficiently within a multifunctional team and matrix organization.
• Proven experience in defining and executing negotiation strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
