This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Position and assist in the sale of large-scale Salesforce Professional Services consulting projects to clients, collaborating across Salesforce to outline program scope, team structure, value proposition, and presentations.
• Conduct evaluations and lead workshops to align with leadership on a future vision, encompassing business goals, capabilities, value drivers, success metrics, and technology priorities.
• Perform and summarize customer, industry, and end-user research to pinpoint essential stakeholder needs, customer expectations, and experience-driven business opportunities.
• Identify enhancements in enterprise business processes and operations to achieve efficiencies and amplify impact.
• Develop innovative, forward-thinking strategies that utilize the power of the Salesforce platform, transforming complex global organizations to secure competitive advantages and market growth.
• Collaborate effectively across functions, especially with Sales, Engagement Delivery Leaders, Solution and Technical Architects, Designers, and External Partners.
• Create multi-year strategic roadmaps for immediate implementation that prioritize investments and align with business objectives.
• Encourage business and IT leaders to adopt new digital operating models, governance strategies, and a customer-centric mindset in decision-making.
• Identify prospective Sales opportunities to enhance customer value incrementally.
• Analyze opportunities and improvement data to demonstrate the strategic, operational, and financial benefits our platform and professional services bring to the customer.
• Develop strategic business cases to illustrate the value of strategies, the rationale for change, and the implications for the organization.
• Promote solution and organizational adoption and evolve strategies to consistently deliver value through rapid delivery cycles.
• Contribute to establishing a Business Strategy competency within Salesforce Professional Services by sharing best practices and collaborating with peers.
• Over 10 years of consulting experience in enterprise-level technology transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience in go-to-market support, including scoping, proposal development, RFP responses, and delivering demos/presentations.
• Background in Business Strategy, Product Management, Agile methodologies, Program Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and/or Value Realization.
• Familiarity with the concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables related to solution development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Industry experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Understanding of key business value drivers and success metrics typical in large enterprises.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, particularly in situations where data may be limited or unclear, requiring creative solutions.
• Strong executive presence and skills in presentation and facilitation, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives, including effective objection-handling capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products and solution design is desirable but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (expected average of 30-50%).
