This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with labor and social security regulations.
• Conduct accounting reconciliations related to payroll.
• Address inquiries and clarify doubts from employees regarding payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing necessary information and documentation.
• Analyze payroll indicators and suggest improvements in processes.
• Possess a digital mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll processing.
• In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.

• Certifications in People Management or Payroll.
• Experience in payroll system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with the Senior/Rubi System.
