ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.

• Prepare and deliver technology-related client-facing and internal outputs.

• Act as the ServiceNow application developer tasked with implementing solution designs using industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the Product Designer to offer design support for ServiceNow/Nuvolo.

• Create and develop solutions within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment, including new applications, modifications to forms, workflows, policies, actions, access controls, interfaces, and any other configurations necessary to support client processes.

• Conduct hands-on technical development based on assigned user stories and perform unit testing for each assigned story.

• Design, create, and update custom solutions utilizing Nuvolo.

• Generate and utilize update sets to transfer customer configurations between different environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant field (preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management).

• Certification as a ServiceNow Administrator.

• At least four (4) years of professional experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Must meet government eligibility criteria.

• Three (3) years of experience in core JavaScript development.

• Two (2) years of experience working with the Nuvolo platform.

• Prior experience in configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow, including UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Include Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Scripted Web Services, REST and SOAP web services, Roles/Groups, among others.

• Knowledge and experience related to advanced ServiceNow development, covering browser events, best practices in JavaScript coding, style sheets, and jQuery.

• Familiarity with the Glide Stack, Jelly scripts, as well as ServiceNow extensions and server-side JavaScript.

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification is preferred.

• Previous experience in the Federal Consulting Industry is advantageous.
