ServiceNow GRC Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Engage extensively in ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.

• Create and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and additional platform components.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and various other integration technologies.

• Participate in ServiceNow version upgrades, including conducting impact analysis, remediation, testing, and post-upgrade tasks.

• Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

• Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to grasp requirements and provide scalable solutions.

• Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• Over 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong practical knowledge in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

• Significant experience with ServiceNow integrations.

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and scripting within ServiceNow.

• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow version upgrades and impact analysis following upgrades.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Capability to work independently within an enterprise ServiceNow environment.
