ServiceNow Integrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure, integrate, and provide support for the program's IT service management platform and other authorized software-as-a-service solutions.

• Create workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation processes.

• Assist with platform releases and configuration modifications.

• Diagnose integration and user-related issues.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, optimize, and sustain cloud-based solutions.

• Deploy and troubleshoot cloud stacks.

• Build and manage the production environment, ensuring a modern and secure foundation for product teams to deploy containerized applications.

• Identify the most effective cloud-based solutions and uphold cloud infrastructure in accordance with best practices and USDA and Federal security standards.

• Safeguard the security of the cloud infrastructure.

• Provide education to teams regarding new cloud initiatives.

• Work alongside operations, support, security, and engineering teams to enhance work intake and service workflows.

• Maintain documentation and access controls.

• Ensure that integrations are dependable and maintainable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud computing with leading cloud service providers, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and SysOps methodologies.

• Experience in configuring and integrating an IT service management platform, such as ServiceNow, along with other authorized SaaS solutions.

• Expertise in developing workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.

• Background in developing and managing production environments that facilitate containerized application deployment.

• Experience in deploying and troubleshooting cloud stacks.

• Knowledge of cloud security practices and the ability to maintain infrastructure in line with best practices and Federal security standards.

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities across integration, platform, and user domains.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to instruct teams on new cloud initiatives.
