This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement solutions utilizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, among others.
• Create applications using the App Engine.
• Configure workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules.
• Engage in technical discovery and gather requirements from clients.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and governance on the platform.
• Participate in projects utilizing agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Assist in troubleshooting and the ongoing enhancement of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams encompassing functional, business, and architecture domains.
• Proficient in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
• Experience in platform configuration and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (both inbound and outbound).
• Background working with agile methodologies.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency (preferred for international projects).
• Possession of ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and/or CIS).
• Advanced Spanish skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Postgraduate degree / MBA.
