ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Available to instruct synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Mondays and Tuesdays each week.

• Plan and structure instruction in ways that enhance virtual student learning and engagement.

• Adjust instructional methods and strategies as necessary to accommodate the diverse needs of students.

• Utilize effective teaching and learning strategies to convey subject matter to students.

• Have in-depth and precise knowledge of ServiceNow workflow deployment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and academic initiatives aimed at overall program enhancement.

• Remain updated in their subject area through professional development, engagement in professional organizations, and attendance at meetings, conferences, or workshops.

• Create, revise, and align course materials in accordance with college standards for adult learners.

• Develop practical labs, assessments, and other course materials, while assessing their effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards regarding instructional quality and education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

• Preferred degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or related Technology and/or Business Administration fields.

• Official transcripts of the bachelor's degree must be submitted.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience with ServiceNow, or two years of ServiceNow administration experience along with one year of IT Service Management experience.

• Preferred industry certifications including, but not limited to, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Application Specialist, ServiceNow Systems Administrator, or ServiceNow Implementor.

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred.

• Preferred familiarity with platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Saba, Chamilo, or iSpring.

• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in utilizing the functions and features of the ServiceNow platform.
