This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide technical oversight and support across all facets of the RTX ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure that solutions are developed in line with best practices while adhering to RTX Governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Offer resolutions and guidance on complex technical challenges while acting as the U.S.-based Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead.
• Provide direction in accordance with best practices and standards for integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, Salesforce).
• Work collaboratively with ServiceNow Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to assess requirements and deliver design recommendations for implementation.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, and health checks to maintain the overall sustainability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends.
• Actively suggest enhancements and other improvements to the platform to promote continuous advancement of the ServiceNow environment.
• A minimum of 10+ years of extensive hands-on experience in the design, development, and delivery of the ServiceNow solution in a global context.
• In-depth technical expertise in ServiceNow, including custom application development and scripting experience across various areas of the platform such as ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, integrations, and portal.
• Strong capability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including leadership, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, support code peer reviews, and advocate for best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages utilized within ServiceNow, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and Angular.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Platform Analytics.
• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
