This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the primary technical authority for the ServiceNow implementation, guaranteeing quality, performance, and scalability.
• Manage and oversee the ServiceNow technical backlog in Jira, including enhancements, bugs, maintenance, and modernization.
• Evaluate and confirm solution architecture, workflows, and technical decisions made by vendor development teams.
• Offer hands-on configuration and development support to diagnose and validate platform behavior.
• Convert business priorities into technical stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable plans.
• Lead the planning of platform upgrades, release cycles, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility, security, and state technology standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical ServiceNow experience in a TECHNICAL capacity (developer, architect, or technical lead), not merely utilizing ServiceNow as a ticketing tool.
• Must be located in a Pacific or Mountain time zone; candidates outside PT/MT will not be considered.
• Must be eligible for full-time conversion; no visa sponsorship is available.
