This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions to meet the requirements of federal program and portfolio management.
• Create and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and integrations.
• Work collaboratively with ServiceNow Architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, standards-compliant SPM solutions.
• Assist in strategic reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive workspaces to enhance portfolio visibility and facilitate decision-making.
• Engage in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, demonstrations, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards, platform governance, and industry best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and activities aimed at performance optimization.
• Diagnose and resolve platform defects, integration challenges, and production support inquiries.
• Ensure that configurations and customizations comply with federal security, compliance, and accessibility standards.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote cross-team collaboration.
• A minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in JavaScript development.
• Experience in developing and configuring within the ServiceNow platform, covering workflows, integrations, forms, and scripting.
• Possession of at least one active ServiceNow certification (CSA preferred; CAD or other certifications are advantageous).
