This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Provide remote support to the MilTech customer.
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet mission requirements.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to convert portfolio, project, and resource management needs into secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that enhance executive visibility and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Develop automation and integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure, enhance, and sustain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules, adhering to best practices.
• Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience centered on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing comprehensive ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, covering demand intake, portfolio prioritization, project/program execution, resource and capacity planning, investment funding, roadmap planning, and executive reporting.
• Proven experience in translating business portfolio, project, and resource management requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Familiarity with configuring SPM data models and workflows across demands, projects, programs, portfolios, investments, cost plans, resource plans, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Ability to align ServiceNow SPM configurations with portfolio governance, funding models, prioritization criteria, and executive decision-making needs.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux.
• Solid understanding of web services (SOAP) and principles of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with ITIL v3 processes.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and toolsets.
• Experience in supporting DevSecOps practices, encompassing software development, release, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio.
• Experience with various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, Reporting, Configuration Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Capability to develop dashboards, reports, and metrics that offer visibility into portfolio health, demand pipeline, project status, resource capacity, and delivery performance.
• Understanding of SPM integrations with ITSM, Agile Development, CMDB/CSDM, financial planning, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
