This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Application support, configuration, and development of solutions on ServiceNow.
• Collection and analysis of functional and technical requirements.
• Configuration of modules, workflows, and service catalogs.
• Management of corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities.
• Collaboration in testing, release, and validation of new features.
• At least 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery).
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within the ServiceNow context.
• Familiarity with workflows, service catalogs, business rules, and automation processes.
• Experience in integration via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in using IT service management and ticketing tools.
• Possession of ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications.
• Good command of the English language (B2 level).
