ServiceNow Developer – Junior, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and sustain ServiceNow applications and their integrations.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and partner organizations to achieve program goals.

• Engage in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture and execution.

• Recognize project risks, monitor issues, and aid in developing mitigation strategies.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and implementation artifacts.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project consistency.

• Assist in system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment efforts.

• Ensure operational continuity across various program workstreams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work together within a dynamic development setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Capability to obtain and sustain a VA Public Trust clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in developing, configuring, or managing ServiceNow applications.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

• Preferred Qualifications: Current or past support of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, existing VA network access or active VA Public Trust clearance, experience in supporting federal government or federal healthcare IT programs, knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner), electronic health records (EHR), or healthcare system integrations, experience in supporting system integration, operations, cybersecurity, testing, or data management initiatives, experience in Agile development environments, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
