ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD Configurator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements, converting them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Design, develop, and configure new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests on the ServiceNow platform.

• Engage in the complete software development life cycle, encompassing analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment into production.

• Ensure that the development and customization of ServiceNow applications comply with industry best practices and adhere to established coding standards.

• Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow applications by recognizing areas for enhancement and executing appropriate solutions.

• Create and sustain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.

• Provide support post-production, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.

• Deploy code into production environments, adhering to proper change management protocols.

• Actively engage in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery is highly desirable.

• Experience in both agile and waterfall software delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to maintain a broad perspective and challenge decisions that may not be logical.

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
