ServiceNow Solution Architect – IRM, GRC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, maintain, deliver, and deploy IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Support proposal development, engagement scoping, and advisory solution delivery for enterprise GRC initiatives.

• Create roadmaps and architecture along with implementation plans for extensive or intricate projects.

• Engage in project teams to define, design, and develop client IRM/GRC solutions.

• Configure and code client-specific IRM/GRC solutions.

• Prepare documentation for requirements, design, and test plans.

• Define and estimate sprints for Agile projects.

• Guide end users in utilizing the delivered solutions.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems utilizing REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

• Create reports and dashboards utilizing Performance Analytics.

• Provide expertise in subject matter, industry best practices, architecture, technical direction, and oversight for project teams.

• Lead sprints to develop, review, and enhance use-case functionality.

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer while developing relevant documentation.

• Manage personal utilization and client interactions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in professional services, GRC, and/or ServiceNow.

• Experience with ITSM, GRC, and integrations and implementations of security systems.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with security and GRC technologies, including ServiceNow and Archer.

• Capability to develop comprehensive architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope or complex projects.

• Proven experience with various implementation methodologies/SDLC.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), testing software, test-plan development, or regression testing.

• A university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or a related software programming/coding field, or equivalent experience.
