ServiceNow Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal project teams, which include architects, developers, QA, and functional consultants.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from initiation to delivery and post-implementation support.

• Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, quality, and budget in accordance with the client's goals.

• Lead executive meetings, status updates, and progress reports in English for international clientele.

• Recognize opportunities to broaden project scope and initiate new ventures, acting in a consultative and strategic manner.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across various time zones, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

• Aid in risk management, issue resolution, and the elimination of obstacles during project execution.

• Promote the adoption of ServiceNow best practices, in line with global governance and delivery standards.

• Collaborate closely with account executives, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow implementations or projects (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSO, or other modules).

• Strong understanding of both agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, ITIL).

• Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engagement with global clients.

• Experience in managing stakeholders, executive reporting, and expectation management.

• Capability to lead multiple projects concurrently, with a strong focus on results and delivery quality.

• PMP, CSM, ITIL Foundation, and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are advantageous.

• Previous experience in multinational consulting firms or international projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with governance processes, change management, and IT operations is a plus.

• A consultative approach, highly focused on client satisfaction and business value is a key differentiator.
