ServiceNow Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the principal architect for the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage the configuration, implementation, maintenance, administration, and daily operations of ServiceNow.

• Lead a team dedicated to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ascertain business requirements and align platform functionalities accordingly.

• Create and enforce best practices for ServiceNow governance, security, and optimization.

• Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise applications and systems.

• Maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the platform.

• Supervise ServiceNow license management and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

• Foster relationships with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to guarantee service delivery and platform support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow as an architect or team leader.

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD platform development, configuration, and administration.

• Strong grasp of ITIL best practices along with ITSM and HR processes.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow NowAssist AI is a plus.

• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly preferred.

• Leadership abilities with experience in managing technical teams.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient English language skills.

• Security clearance and background checks may be necessary for customer projects and access to sensitive customer information.
