ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, configure, and sustain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and platform functionalities.

• Enhance and build custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow environment.

• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to collect requirements, convert needs into technical solutions, and implement scalable improvements to the platform.

• Assist with the administration of the ServiceNow platform, including resolving incidents, analyzing problems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, guarantee solution quality, and ensure compliance with team and enterprise standards.

• Engage in code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing support for ServiceNow releases and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Extensive experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform in a senior developer role or a similar technical position.

• Proficient in ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.

• Strong command of JavaScript and other pertinent ServiceNow development tools and technologies.

• Proven experience in analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, and delivering high-quality implementations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Capability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced context.

• Active Secret clearance.

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or other relevant platform certifications are a plus.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, or enterprise-scale implementations is desirable.
