ServiceNow IRM, VR Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow projects.

• Convert business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Organize workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture both current and future workflows.

• Assist in process design and documentation efforts.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform owners to transform requirements into configurations, workflows, and automation.

• Support discussions related to data model, integration, and UI/UX design.

• Take part in Agile or hybrid delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing cycles.

• Ensure that delivered solutions align with defined requirements and quality standards.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and address issues as they arise.

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and the ServiceNow delivery team.

• Provide project updates, status reports, and training sessions as required.

• Deliver scalable ServiceNow applications and modules catering to government and commercial clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis.

• A minimum of 2 years concentrated on ServiceNow implementations.

• Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering through workshops and system/content reviews.

• Experience in designing processes and creating user stories within an Agile environment.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of integration points with enterprise systems such as Tenable and CrowdStrike.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR).

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).

• Additional ServiceNow certifications in areas such as ITOM or ITSM are preferred.
