This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Assist the National Sales team by providing operational services related to billing, project coordination, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow continuity, enhance communication, and minimize redundancy.
• Gather and analyze operational data to spot trends, create reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Evaluate and refine business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement new procedures.
• Promote communication between departments, address operational challenges, and liaise with stakeholders across all levels.
• Work with external sources to ensure that submitted data accurately represents performance metrics.
• Suggest process enhancements for existing and future metrics collection systems.
• Provide support for business analysis and assist in the documentation of business requirements.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by collaborating with process owners and champions.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Quickly acquire and apply new knowledge, including a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications ordering, service provisioning, billing/accounting workflows, and project management principles.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot to improve operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability for deliverables.
• Exhibit high proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing competing priorities and effectively multitasking in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Possess advanced computer skills with practical experience using Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau, and QGIS.
• Have extensive experience in data analytics with large, complex datasets, including sales pipeline management, revenue analysis, forecasting, and churn reporting.
• Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operations design.
• Have experience supporting telecommunications order-to-bill processes, which include ordering/provisioning, billing, invoicing, and credits/adjustments.
• Possess a working knowledge of service delivery/provisioning concepts, such as circuit IDs, installation milestones, MACDs, and service activation.
• Demonstrate strong Excel capabilities, including proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
• Have experience in building repeatable reports/dashboards, such as with Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and/or order management/billing systems, such as SugarCRM, ICOMS, Netcracker, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to document and enhance workflows, including SOPs, RACI, process maps, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
