ServiceNow Consultant, IRM, VR Business Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow deployments.

• Convert business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.

• Document both current and future workflows while assisting in process design and documentation.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform owners on configuration, workflows, and automation strategies.

• Aid discussions related to data models, integrations, and UI/UX design.

• Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery activities, which include sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.

• Ensure that delivered solutions align with requirements and meet quality standards.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and address any issues that arise.

• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and the ServiceNow delivery team.

• Provide project updates, status reports, and training sessions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis.

• A minimum of 2 years dedicated to ServiceNow implementations.

• Proven experience in facilitating requirements gathering through workshops and system/content reviews.

• Experience in designing processes.

• Ability to create user stories within an Agile environment.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, tables, and workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of integration points with enterprise systems such as Tenable and CrowdStrike.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (VR).

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).
