This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Configure, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications within Managed Services engagements, requiring minimal oversight.
• Produce clean, well-structured, and testable code while consistently documenting your work.
• Take the lead or assist in story grooming, estimation, and sprint ceremonies for assigned tasks.
• Engage in code promotion initiatives and cutover planning activities.
• Create implementation strategies for solution components within ServiceNow update sets.
• Utilize ServiceNow features such as Portal, Integrations, AI Search, and others relevant to client environments.
• Complete peer review testing and provide clear test instructions for handoff.
• Facilitate or support discovery and design workshops, acting as a liaison between technical execution and client business requirements.
• Interact with clients to showcase how ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Workflow applications meet their specific processes.
• Drive the definition of HR processes, re-engineering, gap analysis, and solution design from both process and technology viewpoints.
• Write user stories and cases that are comprehensive enough to support technical configuration.
• Develop and maintain design workbooks, process documentation, test scripts, use cases, and flow diagrams as necessary.
• Offer options-based guidance to client stakeholders, providing not just recommendations but also the rationale behind them.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive and clear communication.
• Manage your own task list and track progress using Managed Services toolsets.
• Support project health by documenting risks, actions, issues, and key decisions.
• Lead customer knowledge transfer sessions for assigned projects and deliverables.
• Guide and facilitate UAT activities as outlined in the statement of work.
• Identify and escalate risks related to design or configuration decisions — do not wait for others to highlight them.
• Mentor associate-level team members and share your knowledge.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and tooling.
• Actively participate in stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint activities rather than being passive.
• Seek integration learning opportunities and bring new platform knowledge back to the team.
• 2+ years of practical ServiceNow experience, with a solid foundation in HRSD or Employee Workflows.
• Proven ability to independently manage technical deliverables and seek input when necessary.
• Comfortable presenting to and collaborating directly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and ITSM concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — your documentation is clear and engaging.
