This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Configure and provide support for essential ITSM modules, which include Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Develop and uphold platform capabilities utilizing JavaScript, encompassing: Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Design and execute automation strategies using Flow Designer / Workflow Data Fabric, which includes managing approvals, notifications, and orchestration.
• Set up and oversee Access Control Lists to ensure appropriate security and data accessibility.
• Construct, tailor, and assist in the components of the Employee Service Center Portal, including pages and portal widgets.
• Provide support and maintenance for integrations via REST APIs, ServiceNow Spokes, and Service Graph Connectors to guarantee secure and reliable data interchange with external systems.
• Generate and sustain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance operational visibility.
• Manage update sets, conduct testing, and assist with platform upgrades and patches.
• Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues while offering tiered support as necessary.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate within a compact, agile team working across both technical and operational groups to facilitate end-to-end ServiceNow delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Additional certifications in ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Experience in supporting integrations and automation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment.
• Proven experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Flow Designer / Workflow Data Fabric, and REST APIs.
• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL fundamentals and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM, such as ITAM and/or BCM.
• Ability to work autonomously, showing ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.
• Must possess a results-driven mindset, with determination and urgency to achieve specific objectives.
• Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple, shifting priorities.
