• Design, develop, and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and scripts to fulfill requirements.
• Assist in analyzing and defining both functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline solutions and convert business needs into platform designs.
• Create test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as production deployments.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews and work together on enhancements and projects.
• Develop and maintain ITSM/CSM functionalities including portal, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, and catalog.
• Ensure platform health through regular upgrades and performance optimization.
• Uphold data integrity and security through effective design and governance practices.
• Offer end-user support and training sessions.
• 5–7 years of experience with ServiceNow (configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support).
• Proficient understanding of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently; strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
