📋 Description

• Design and manage applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Work in collaboration with IT teams to facilitate seamless integration and workflow processes.

• Execute new features and improvements based on client specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration and development utilizing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules.

• Practical experience with core IT Service Management, including catalog, workflow, and orchestration is highly preferred.

• Direct experience with ServiceNow modules such as PowerBi Connector, ITBM, ITSM, Integration Engine, and CMDB.

• Must have a solid grasp of the underlying database relationships among various data sources.
