ServiceNow Architect – Sr. Developer, ITAM & ITOM Specialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design enterprise-level architecture for ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM.

• Outline implementation strategies and roadmaps.

• Create solutions for ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external tools.

• Automate processes for data collection and correlation.

• Administer, set up, and tailor ServiceNow integrations.

• Utilize Integration Hub and Flow Designer for automating workflows.

• Develop enterprise APIs and ensure alignment with CSDM.

• Oversee software licenses and hardware lifecycles using ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro.

• Preserve CMDB data integrity, CI relationships, and asset attributes.

• Evaluate and sustain CMDB health dashboards and workspaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM architecture.

• Background in designing and outlining implementation steps and roadmaps.

• Familiarity with development in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools, covering automation, data collection, and correlation, as well as administration, configuration, and customization.

• Proficient in Integration Hub and Flow Designer.

• Extensive experience in developing enterprise APIs and automating workflows.

• Knowledge of aligning with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

• Expert-level understanding of ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro.

• Experience in optimizing software licenses and managing hardware lifecycles.

• Knowledge of automated discovery and reconciliation processes.

• Capability to maintain data integrity and ensure 100% accuracy within the CMDB for hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.

• Experience in analyzing and managing CMDB dashboards, CMDB Workspace, CMDB and CSDM data foundation, Discovery Workspace, and CMDB Health Dashboard.

• Possession of industry-leading ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Architect or ServiceNow Admin.
