ServiceNow Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Become an integral part of a dynamic Agile development team as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.

• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive ServiceNow solutions across Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management modules.

• Lead digital transformation efforts and enhance service delivery within the JTMS organization.

• Develop and uphold ServiceNow development standards, naming conventions, and architectural guidelines.

• Mentor and support ServiceNow developers and administrators in leveraging platform capabilities and adhering to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.

• Current Secret clearance.

• Over 10 years in IT, including 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• More than 5 years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying SPM, ITOM, and ITSM modules in production settings.

• Extensive knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in a fast-paced development environment.
