This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel Servicenow referral business forward.
• Cultivate, maintain, and manage relationships with Servicenow teams and ecosystem partners.
• Align Vonage’s sales representatives with their Servicenow counterparts to create a pipeline and finalize opportunities.
• Take ownership of executive alignment and sales engagement—positioning Vonage as Servicenow’s premier communication partner.
• Organize and lead joint field events with Servicenow, catering to both partners and customers.
• Collaborate across various functions within Vonage to sustain momentum on partner strategy and collective outcomes.
• Coordinate and facilitate interlocks, milestone tracking, and strategy sessions with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of regional go-to-market strategies with Servicenow and other alliance partners.
• Conduct internal training sessions to prepare Sales, Product, Services, and Support teams on partner ecosystem updates.
• Represent Vonage at industry events, showcasing our brand and ecosystem value.
• Manage technical and business escalations to ensure partner success and expedite deal velocity.
• Execute against defined revenue, activity, and relationship objectives.
• Support the continuous optimization of alliance processes to enhance partner program effectiveness.
• A relationship-oriented professional who excels in a partner-focused ecosystem.
• Experience in working with alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem partnerships.
• Strategic and detail-oriented, with a strong enthusiasm for joint value creation and partner empowerment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• An outstanding communicator—capable of customizing messages for diverse audiences and formats.
• Comfortable with analyzing complex data and resolving issues with a collaborative approach.
• Experience within the Servicenow ecosystem is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Alliance Partner Management, Partner Sales, or Channel Development.
• Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners.
• Prior experience or familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is essential.
• Previous direct sales experience is a significant plus.
• A strong desire to succeed and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
