Service Technician – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct maintenance, inspections, fault analysis, and repair tasks on our specialized systems, including related measurement and testing in compliance with the German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV).

• Engage in service deployments at customer locations both nationally and internationally.

• Offer expert on-site guidance and support to our clients.

• Deliver technical telephone assistance as the first point of contact for issues and inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or mechatronics, preferably with additional qualifications as a state-certified technician (Techniker) or master craftsman (Meister).

• Strong knowledge in electrical engineering, ideally enhanced by mechanical expertise.

• Highly motivated and committed.

• A team player who is communicative, adaptable, and resilient.

• Ability to work independently, structured, and self-sufficiently.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Good command of English and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as required for the position.

• Valid driver's license class B/C1 (previously class 3) is essential.
