Service Technician, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducted planned and independent maintenance tasks, including commissioning, functional testing, and installation of our cutting-edge parking management solutions, which feature optical space monitoring systems (CCTV) comprising pay stations, cameras, signage, and other components at customer locations, ideally within your region.

• Performed regular maintenance and repair work on our hardware, often on short notice.

• Assembled and prepared the necessary hardware at designated installation sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer, or a comparable qualification.

• Prior experience as an installer or field service technician.

• Strong technical understanding – you strive for excellence rather than settling for "that will do."

• Proficient German language skills (B2) in both spoken and written forms; English proficiency is a plus.

• Valid Class B driving license is required; Class BE is preferred; must be willing to travel.
