Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Visit customer locations, both within and outside the Colorado market, to deliver maintenance services.

• Execute a range of maintenance services, which include: Food and Beverage Equipment Services, HVAC Coil Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and General Facility Maintenance.

• Provide assistance with site supervision, furniture removal and installation, as well as commercial painting when necessary.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

• Prioritize customer requirements while effectively managing your workload independently.

• Comply with OSHA ladder safety regulations and work confidently at elevated heights.

• Utilize company technology for managing work orders, reporting, and communication purposes.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and consistently provide A+ customer service.

• Ensure the organization and maintenance of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse facilities.

• Operate and maintain a company vehicle while adhering to safety performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel overnight across the nation (100%).

• Minimum age requirement of 25 (due to insurance stipulations).

• A valid state driver’s license (subject to ongoing review).

• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.

• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs).

• Must successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.

• Must be able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.

• Openness to assist with additional tasks as business needs change.
