Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Execute daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual repair, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks for industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/CO2/Freon) in a safe and efficient manner while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Carry out routine and emergency maintenance and repair services for industrial refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, and perform electrical troubleshooting on systems, automation/controls, and alarm systems.

• Conduct compressor repairs and seal replacements across various compressor manufacturers.

• Execute preventative maintenance activities such as compressor alignment and vibration analyses utilizing the latest technologies.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding and compliance with all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Operate independently or with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Ammonia/CO2/Freon industrial refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret ammonia refrigeration manuals, documents, and drawings (P&ID’s).

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Effective time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening for employment.

• Must successfully complete a physical examination and Respirator FIT Testing.

• Physically capable of climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.

• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions for extended periods.
