Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual refrigeration repairs, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks for industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/CO2/Freon) in a secure and timely manner while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and repair services on industrial refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, and conduct electrical troubleshooting of systems, automation/controls, and alarm systems.

• Carry out compressor repairs and seal replacements on various compressor brands.

• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as compressor alignment and vibration analyses utilizing the latest technologies.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding and compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Operate independently or with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Ammonia/CO2/Freon industrial refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Capable of reading and interpreting ammonia refrigeration manuals, documents, and diagrams (P&ID’s).

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Strong technical and mechanical abilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Must successfully pass a drug screening for employment.

• Must successfully complete a physical examination and Respirator FIT Testing.

• Physically capable of climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends.
