This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls related to patient scheduling and general inquiries within a call center setting.
• Address patient inquiries in alignment with the ChenMed core care model.
• Elevate issues and concerns when necessary.
• Make prompt decisions in accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and policies.
• Record interactions using web-based technology.
• Build business relationships by delivering timely and accurate service to foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members across various departments to enhance VIP customer service and patient interactions.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned and modified at the discretion of management.
• Demonstrated business acumen at a competent level.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of general and core job-related functions, practices, processes, procedures, techniques, and methods.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, including active listening.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to serving others, especially seniors, with proactive solutions.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with other systems required for the role.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime hours as requested by leadership based on staffing needs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Creole, Vietnamese preferred).
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Experience meeting KPIs or metrics in a call center setting.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with web-based customer relationship management systems.
• Must reside within the Continental United States.
