• Convert warm prospects into confirmed bookings.

• At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

• Proficient and professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of managing tasks autonomously in a remote environment.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates resilience in high-pressure situations, managing rejection with composure.

• Proven success in phone-based sales and achieving targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced with CRM systems for lead and client data management.

• Adept at negotiation and effectively resolving customer issues.

• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop.
