📋 Description

• The Service Sales Representative is tasked with overseeing and enhancing service contract revenue within a designated territory.

• This position acts as the main account manager for service agreements related to flow cytometry instrumentation, focusing on securing new contracts, renewals, and additional service opportunities.

• Meet or surpass assigned sales objectives through structured territory management, pipeline oversight, and precise forecasting.

• Formulate and implement a territory and account strategy aimed at increasing contract attachments, renewals, and service revenue in the specified region.

• Engage actively with customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual or face-to-face meetings at various organizational levels.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of service offerings, such as service contracts, support plans, time and materials services, training, and compliance solutions to identify new revenue streams.

• Manage contract opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from qualification to negotiation and closure.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in the CRM system.

• Utilize available data and insights to prioritize opportunities and concentrate efforts on the most lucrative activities.

• Grasp and communicate competitive dynamics, customer requirements, and market trends within the assigned accounts.

• Work collaboratively with Field Service, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to bolster account strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Previous sales experience is essential; experience in service contract sales, account management, or aftermarket sales is preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive opportunity development and disciplined execution.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a comfort level for phone-based selling.

• Excellent organizational abilities accompanied by a high degree of personal accountability.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team.

• Proficient in standard business tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar applications).

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, sales events, and internal gatherings.
