Service Sales Analytics and Solutions Specialist

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive service sales analytics, reporting, and insight generation.

• Utilize SAP, SAP C4C, FN600, BMI, and associated systems to evaluate service performance and customer trends.

• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models.

• Implement and leverage AI-driven tools to automate reporting and data preparation processes.

• Manage complex quoting and solution design, including system upgrades and non-standard requests.

• Assist with contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and retention efforts.

• Examine billing discrepancies and propose corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in service sales, sales support, sales operations, analytics, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Excel at an expert level.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP, SAP C4C, FN600, BMI, and Power BI.

• Experience in supporting or executing complex service, upgrade, or solution-based quoting.

• Demonstrated ability to apply data analytics and AI-driven tools to commercial and operational challenges.

• Strong skills in analytical thinking, critical analysis, and problem resolution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
