This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and enhance a services portfolio within the U.S. utility sector
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities that enhance the performance of grid infrastructure
• Formulate account strategies and establish a consistent pipeline
• Steer opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
• Partner with marketing and technical teams to refine go-to-market initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is preferred
• 8 to 15 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within energy or power systems
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a talent for fostering relationships across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. utility landscape, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 for planning, reporting, and collaboration
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 60%
