
Service Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for generating service revenue
• Oversee PAIs leading service end-users based on annual billing amounts
• Manage new service contract opportunities for key service end-users alongside channel partners and/or end-users
• Handle service renewals for primary service clients who do not respond to pro forma invoices
• Utilize telephone, email, go-to-meeting, and other resources to boost awareness and cultivate leads/opportunities for MVS and RICOH scanner contract sales
• Oversee the service sales pipeline
• Maintain our CRM database with up-to-date information regarding current deals, account activities, and forecasts
• Compile weekly and monthly activity and revenue reports
• Experience in business development, prospecting, and closing sales
• Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies
• Knowledge of the imaging industry
• Background in customer service
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
• Minimum of 2 years of experience related to service sales or renewals (hardware or software)
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in any capacity
• Proficient with standard office equipment
• Knowledge of major CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
• Understanding of the Document Imaging/ECM industry
• Ability to adapt in a consistently evolving work environment
• Strong time management abilities
• Capability to influence and persuade to achieve desired results
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
