Service Product Manager, MR – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing customer lifecycle value (CLV), increasing installed base (IB) growth, and optimizing service revenue performance within the North American MR portfolio.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing the lifecycle, promoting service attachment, establishing upgrade and modernization paths, implementing competitive conversion and win-back strategies, and fostering long-term expansion of the installed base.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in marketing technology, healthcare, or MedTech products and solutions.

• Understanding of radiology and the service framework for capital equipment.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• Must be capable of successfully fulfilling the following essential Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
