Service Portfolio Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clear and consistent offerings.

• Detect and rectify inconsistencies in the service portfolio through thorough Excel analysis.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Client Education during the initiation of projects and management of the portfolio.

• Perform financial analysis to promote cost-effective operations and provide actionable insights to management.

• Develop standardized reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) aimed at continuous improvement and efficiency.

• Oversee external consultancies for ERP-related projects following budget approval.

• Propel process enhancements within Client Education in collaboration with departmental leaders.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high-quality standards in client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client education, clinical research, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a similar discipline is preferred.

• Experience in contract management and process optimization is advantageous.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management.

• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of bridging gaps between teams and mediating when necessary.

• Analytical thinker with robust business acumen, capable of developing data-driven models and recommendations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management principles.

• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a demonstrated history of enhancing business processes.
