This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational and financial success of the UK Service business, ensuring the achievement of revenue, gross margin, EBIT, cash flow, and profitability objectives.

• Take ownership of the annual operating budget, forecasting, operational planning, and performance management throughout the Service organization.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability within both field and back-office teams.

• Guarantee the consistent provision of high-quality service operations while upholding standardized processes and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the UK Service Sales Director to drive service growth, boost order intake, and broaden recurring revenue opportunities.

• Spearhead the implementation and adoption of connected and digital service solutions to elevate customer value.

• Track operational performance using key performance indicators and execute corrective actions as needed.

• Formulate strategic action plans to enhance pricing performance, gross margins, and overall business effectiveness.

• Cultivate strong executive relationships with key customers, serving as a senior sponsor for strategic accounts.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Service organization, assisting in talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development.

• Foster a culture of safety, ethics, compliance, and operational excellence across all Service teams.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies, health and safety standards, and relevant UK legislation.

• Collaborate with regional and European leadership teams to advance strategic initiatives and promote continuous business enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in a service, maintenance, engineering, or technical operations setting.

• Proven track record of managing large operational teams within a complex, multi-site organization.

• Strong background in commercial and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss accountability.

• Experience in leading operational transformation and continuous improvement projects.

• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentoring, and leadership.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to influence at the executive level.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Familiarity with ERP and field service management systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, or equivalent platforms.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
