This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of and execute designated Service Ops BAU workflows from start to finish.
• Acknowledge all assigned requests on the same business day.
• Complete tasks with precision and adhere to established deadlines.
• Proactively follow up on pending items to avoid delays or backlog.
• Assist with project follow-ups at the administrative level.
• Ensure accuracy in tools such as Monday.com, Outlook calendars, and internal systems.
• Provide team coverage during PTO or high workload periods.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or capacity issues promptly.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or administrative support (experience in MSP is a plus).
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent task ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using operational tools (ticketing systems, task boards, calendars).
• Willingness to adhere to structured processes and utilize checklists.
• Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly.
